i ordered from dhgate, my credit card was charged! all i got in return was a fake tracking number , being lied to by the seller and ignored in the end.

dont trust dhgate. just look at the dates....unreal!!!!

try the tracking number for yourslef!!! its fake!

Dhgate are joke, will never use them ever again. I think they are selective scammers, they denied receiving my bank transfer even after uploading the receipt that shows all the correct info and we also share the same bank hsbc who have also confirmed the transfer.This transfer was done because they blocked my bank card for some reason and blamed my bank but I know 100% that was untrue because my bank always phones me immediately after a suspicious transaction block.Customer service is a waste of time and I'm stressed to the point where I mentally can't deal with these people anymore knowing that they have stolen my money.The last I heard from them was 2 duplicate emails, one from 'the system' and one from 'customer service' saying that the payment has not been received for the order and not to reply to this automated email !!Unbelievable !!!!They've even had to change banks just recently and no longer take payment from hsbc for whatever reason, so to me that says a lot about dhgate and their practices
