I bought a cell phone from Shenzhen. There were issues like chinese programs in chinese and icons.
The Air Gesture is messed up takes from 5 to 8 times to get the phone to open. All I asked for in order to get the new replacement sent faster, I wanted to pay for it up front, and once I got the replacement, was going to send the other phone back for the refund on that. I sent the seller over 40 messages asking for that, with very little response and they didn't seem to understand the logic behind what I was asking. DHG is worthless, they talk but they don't say anything with substance.
I think I repeated what I was asking for let see over 20 times to them.
Deaf Ears!. Stay away from this company YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $168.
Preferred solution: Buy new replacment and once the defective phone is returned to the seller they promise a complete refund on that phone.
