I purchased some disposable wipes when I receive them I had been sent 800 puffs and not 1600 which I clearly ordered then some products did not work the seller refused to communicate with me and offer any resolution to my situation I then escalated it for mediation with dhgate and this was just as useless. I sent them a video as they requested of the item not working they said they could not clearly see this however there were no lights or smoke been produced from the device this was very clear in the video I also sent them photos of my order stating 1600 puffs and the order i received of 800 puffs they wanted me to show them on video at least 15% of the product not working which meant I would have to open these packages and would not be able to

Then I get an email saying I was not providing the correct evidence and the case has been closedresell this productrecei puffs

User's recommendation: Waste of time and money selling with this company.
