DHgate - They have cancelled my order and I had to authenticate my card, support is great.
Subject says it all. They have cancelled my order which was very weird since no other wholesale site wanted to authenticate my card but I guess they are aiming to make the marketplace a secured one.
Still the whole thing was really annoying especially because I wanted to catch a festival in 2 weeks time. Because of this *** rule of DHGate I had failed to start selling the items.
Contacted support and DHgate wins hands down here. All of their customer support agents were very friendly, answered all of my questions and solved my problems.
So far so good. Let's see if the products will keep up.
