Hi Sylvia, We checked your orders and these were already closed. There were no disputes opened within 30 days after this was completed.

We suggest that you send a message to the seller and negotiate on a resolution. If they agree on a refund, please ask him to leave a message for you saying 'I agree to refund you *** Once the seller agrees, send us a screenshot then you can contact us again and we will arrange the refund for you. Was told to uninstall and reinstall my app because it was not working. Now i can not log in, it says my email is incorrect.

I have a lot of orders i placed and not sure they went through or need to place the order again. Plus i can mot use my account manage my orders or anything else that i need for my customers.
