New ReviewerI ordered 2 pair of shoes from the same seller at the same time. 1 pair came in just fine, the other did not.
So a month went by and I messaged the seller, and he says ok it may have got lost in packaging may I send another? I was frustrated but I said ok sure. So another month, and still nothing, so I message, and seller says sorry, may have got lost in packaging may I send another? Just like before.
So at this point Im furious, so I ask to send them again but he says now the ones I want arent in stock. So I have to go choose a whole different color, and then settle for a shoe I dont even want. So I say fine, I choose and he says itl take 4 weeks to get here. Which is also *** but I say ok.
4 weeks go by, no shoes. I message seller and says the same thing. AND what do you know? There out of stock in those shoes too.
Iv had enough, I want my full refund for both shoes, Im sickly disappointed in this. I bought these to give to my cousins for there birthday.
Iv had to hold on to this 1 pair of shoes for no reason for a month and a half. I want A WHOLE REFUND.
User's recommendation: just don’t even buy from DHgate. Terrible service.
Monetary Loss: $121.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
DHgate Pros: Cheap.
DHgate Cons: Will not refund properly, Didnt receive order, Not being able to talk to representative, Worry of items and safety.

Hi Gwenna, We checked your order 3234297841 and found that the seller has agreed to the proposal that you had submitted which is to replace the item but there is no tracking number yet. The seller has until 10/29/2020 to upload the tracking number. In case the seller failed to do that, the system will automatically cancel and refund your order.
