I have several issue with my item. the item was very late shipping, and different than the advertised.

the seller did not response the message about the item, so I was able to contact the customer service. the customer service trying to help me with directly contact the certain seller. I was happy with solving problem. the next day the sellers that I got problem before send me messages how to solve the problem.

and yes, It was solved. because seller send other item and apologized about late shipping.

It was ok to contact the CS if not more than 30 days after the item delivered. after 30 days is a kind of hard to get solution unless the seller cooperative.

Reason of review: Good customer service.

I liked: Selection and prices.

I didn't like: Sellers who dont reply message, Seller who dont reply message.
