I ordered 10 USB remotes from a seller and after receiving a pair of headphones I contacted DHGATE and the seller. I was not able to get the right product of my refund.

after contacting DHGATE about the fraud, they kept telling me to open a after sale dispute. but every time I have tried to submit it along with my pictures showing what I received vs what I ordered I can not. I have yet to get assistance from anyone at DHGATE about my problems. I would not do business with DHGATE as you will lose your money and not get the items you pay for.

The customer service is horrible and one you receive a package you may not dispute it or get it corrected. Buyers be warned

Monetary Loss: $83.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
