I purchased a LV bag from bagtrade98. First of all during the shipping process they shipped out my item 5 days later than the email I received from them.

As the days went on I kept asking for a correct tracking number to make sure I wouldn't be out on business when the item arrived, I kept getting a goods on there way response from the seller. Now, October 1, 2018 the bag arrives upon opening the package a strong chemical smell follows. After inspecting the bag it is plastic , cheap;y made , and the measurements were way off. The handbag advertised and the one I received was way smaller.

I took pictures of the handbag with a measuring tape to show the seller the difference along with sending an email requesting a refund along with him paying the return shipping fees and he offered me a $1.00 refund. Seriously? I communicated with this seller prior to buying from him he sent me pictures of the item I was supposed to receive and promised me a high quality bag and now I have to fight to get my money back for a plastic, cheap handbag. Dhgates dispute services are a joke.

I have dealt with them before and they are there for the seller but state via email they will help and support you, yeah right!! my order # is Order NO:37131****
