We checked order 3152435890 was already canceled and refunded. Usually, your refund will be completed by your bank within 3-7 working days.

Please contact your card issuing bank to check in their reversal system whether there is a refund record from China in USD. If not, please request your card issuing bank to contact (VISA/AMEX/MASTERCARD/APPLE PAY/ DISCOVER) to check the record.

block my payment credit card. It was seller mistake but they blocked me to purchase. Seller was delivery to mexico but DHgate does not take care this matter. See attachment photo.

I'm checking the dispute now and it says you have been refunded $10, which is in actuality only $3, as dhgate decided to split that to $3 and returning the coupon which is a mockery as I spent $56. I HAVE NOT AGREED TO THIS AMOUNT. I request full refund.I provided the clear evidence of low quality counterfeit that I received. Please response as soon as possible, this is unacceptable.

Bought a power drill set real good deal . But when u get a good deal it’s to good to be true. I waited 6 weeks . They said not more then 30 days for shipping. So what happened I live in Maine so they delivered my package to nj . So I told them to send another drill set . I told them 3 times. So what did they do they gave me a refund. Because they play that game they do not understand English. Never again do not listen to there customers. They are not a good co. They are like the scarecrow on the wizard of ozs they have draw for brains.
