U sent me CREAM color instead of WHITE & in a size 37 instead of a 36. HAVE MERCY.
IT TOKE ALMOST A MNTH. 2 RECEIVE THEM. I didnt receive them til the 24th Apr. so I know not about Apr.
18th. they arriving here. They did'nt; Not until the 24th. Again they were supposed 2 b a size 36(size 6) & color (white).
It would cost me $19+ 2 return. Send return sticker & I will & I hope U send me the right color & size shoes.

Shoes never arrived and refund page failed

I didn't receive any letter or notification, and the seller informed me that I failed to collect the shoes, and they were returned to the sender. The problem is that I received absolutely nothing—no notice from the post office or anything else. Now I want to request a refund, but the page won't load when I click the refund option, so I have no way to get my money back. I’ve been shopping with you for years, and this is the first time I’ve encountered such a problem.
I once got a refund when a package didn't arrive, but now I can neither get the shoes nor a refund. What should I do next? He said just go to your post office and ask, but at my post office they don't have anything.
