Hi, I am emailing today because I have just been restricted from DHgate for absolutely no apparent reason. I am not able to even log in to my account, and I have multiple orders with that account which I need to make sure get fulfilled.

I have done nothing that is against DHgate guidelines, and if I have, I would really appreciate it if you could let me know because I will absolutely never do it again.

I just need my account back. Please and thank you.

Sellers are not providing up-to-date tracking information. At one point, they did, and that was after I had already placed the order well over a month and a half ago.

I started to reach out to ask about any updates that the seller didn't provide until I left a one-star review on the store reviews of the seller. That's when they provided me with the accurate tracking number that I am discovering was sent to the wrong address. I tried reaching out a total of 14 business working days after the package was delivered to the wrong address and still haven't received a reply or a response from the seller. I did a little bit of digging, and within a week's time, I found out that SF Express delivered the package to the wrong address.

I also have the pictures to prove that I never had to edit the mail or shipping address; it was the same as it was, never changed from when I first created my DHgate account.

It looks like the package has been delivered somewhere in the United Kingdom. I am from the United States of America, postal code 29501.

An order was sent to the wrong address. I was then told that one would be sent to my correct address after the first error.

However, I then received an email stating that the payment had been released, which it has not.

The app is really starting to frustrate me and I am 100% certain that I will not be ordering from it again. This is a complete and utter travesty.

I want somebody to call me back immediately I am tired of talking on chat and I'm tired of messaging I want to talk to somebody because I have had it and I feel like this guy is trying to rip me off please have someone call me 1 74* ***** I have contacted you guys in the Southern numerous times trying to let them know that they obviously lost his package because it said the same thing since the 21st of January and hasn't moved USPS hasn't even received it yet it hasn't even been shipped and I'm really pissed and I want to talk to somebody and I'm tired of getting blown off or told just to wait a little bit longer no I want my stuff or I want my money!!!

The last time I purchased from DHgate for $611.58, they charged me twice. After that, like a week ago, I couldn't log in to my account anymore.

It showed DHgate restricted my account.

I don't know why, so I was worried that they charged my money twice after that, and they restricted my account, so I called my bank and told them about it, and my bank gave me a new card so I don't have my old card anymore. Here below the picture about I purchased.

So far DHGate have failed to respond to my concern. Seller confirms not shipped item by asking me "do I want them to send out" again!!

I ordered a jacket from this seller.

They do all communication through WhatsApp so that DHGate doesn't see what they are doing. I ordered a jacket and paid for it. Then they don't answer messages, so I cancel the order. They tell me they can provide the jacket and I should cancel the refund.

I cancel the refund. I tell them I want a jacket with a black arm badge. The jacket can have a black or red arm badge. They say they can't get a black badge, so I said okay, cancel the order.

The seller then asks me if they can ship with a red badge. I said, no, don't ship. Then they mark the jacket as shipped. I'm angry and contact them on WhatsApp, asking, 'why did you ship the jacket?' The seller says I can apply for a refund and she will refund me.

I said, 'but you have shipped it!' They give me a fake shipping number in November with the tracking number starting with 'O.' I contact the seller a month later, saying the jacket has not come. The seller gives me a new tracking number beginning with LX. A week later, the tracking remains in the same place. I contact the seller and they tell me to apply for a refund and they will refund me.

DHGate refuses to give me a refund and tells me to wait for delivery. I tried many times to apply for a refund, but DHGate does not allow it for its own reasons. I write to the seller again and say, 'DHGate will not give me a refund, why don't you just give me a refund?' The seller says they can't give me a refund until I request, that they don't get a window! I tell them okay, just post the jacket to test them.

The seller asks me, 'do you want me to post the jacket?' So, you see, they never shipped the jacket. They used false tracking numbers and tricked me into thinking they had posted the jacket. This seller is fraudulent and needs to be taken down. They lie and deceive customers and now as DHGate do not help me, I have to say okay, post the jacket.

Please help stop this bad seller on DHGate from hurting others like me.
