I purchased a dress and the fit was terrible so I contacted seller and they made me go thru this lengthy process of returning the item. I shipped the item back and they said they did not receive it.
I contacted US post office and they in turn contacted Chinese post office. I received a letter stating that Chinese post office delivered the package. DHgate asked for me to provide them a copy of the letter so I emailed it to them, they said they would refund me but they never did and they stopped replying to my emails.
They did not give me my refund and they are not responding to me anymore. This company is a scam.
Monetary Loss: $141.
