I placed an order on October 31st 2020 for a gutiar costing 302.09, i tried to contact someone and finally i reached someone and they told me to use another email that they gave me and it didn't work, when i put my order number in it tells me i have nothing ordered

Monetary Loss: $302.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

In this regard, please request for a refund. Here are the steps on how to Request Refund: 1.) Log on to 2.) Click on "My DHgate" located on the top part of the page and click "Orders" tab. 3.) Click on "Awaiting Shipment".

4.) Look for the order and click on "Request Refund".

5.) Select the reason "Items no longer required", and then click on the "Submit" button. Please make sure to log in to this email address wepo@***.com associated to your DHgate account.
