Ive been trying forever to figure out how to get my refund for a few weeks now,i originally opened a dispute months ago but seller asked me to close and would discount me when it came,but it never did and its been 4 months since i ordered it,so i did close the original dispute and waited and waited and waited with nothing,the seller did stay in contact with me and said if it didn't show up by mid July he would give a full refund but since i closed the dispute a while back it won't let me open another but they said if i had the screenshots from our conversation showing he agreed on a refund it would be ok which i have plenty of screenshots from our conversations its only 15 $ so im not freaking out but would like to have that 15$ back since i didn't get the item i bought

Hi Brandon, We checked that you closed your dispute so the payment was released to the seller. We suggest that you send a message to the seller and negotiate on a resolution.

If they agree on a refund, please ask him to leave a message for you saying 'I agree to refund you *** Once the seller agrees, send us a screenshot then you can contact us again and we will arrange the refund for you. If they don’t agree to refund, we cannot operate for you too. Here's how you can contact the seller: 1) Click "My DHgate " on the upper right corner of the page. 2) Click "My Orders” at the left side of the page.

3) Find the order number. 4) Click the link “Message Seller” at the top of the order details If you are using a mobile phone, please go to your orders and click on the envelope icon to send a message.

I did send many messages to the seller and I have the screenshots where he says he will send me the refund jeez look at our conversation I have like 6 screens hots I can't send it on the site anywhere,I need an actual email to send it too cause the customer support on the site is a joke and not an actual person
