Just being ignored now even after emails to mediation and refund request to seller

I ordered an item on the 2nd of May it is now June and it is still circling China DHGATE and seller refusing to refund want me to wait till August mediation rubbish they do nothing referred back to credit card company they can deal with them just wait is not Resolution
User's recommendation: AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
Monetary Loss: $92.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
DHgate Cons: Poor service poor cons.
