Hello i oder a item come on customer October 1st was October 31st it takes 30 days the ship still hasn't arrived the customer is not giving me no answer I have no tracking number it's not showing that is in the air on the way here so all I ask is for a refund and the customer is denying my refund you don't answer back spend a week I've been asking for a refund how can you help me

Monetary Loss: $20.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
