According to the DHGate help section, if you have not received the goods after the promised delivery date set by the seller, you can request an 'Open a Dispute' under the reason 'Item not Received'.

According to the DHgate help section, you may try to communicate with your seller to reach an agreement. You may also apply for a refund through DHgate by opening a dispute with 5—90 days after your order was shipped.

To open a dispute follow these steps:

  • sign in to your DHgate account;
  • find the order on your 'Awaiting Confirm' page;
  • click 'Open a Dispute' under My Orders;
  • select a 'Reason';
  • confirm 'return the items to the seller';
  • confirm your proposal and submit it.

Once you have opened a dispute for an order, you can check the progress of your dispute by clicking 'View Dispute Detail' on the 'My Orders' page.

If the seller provides a proposal, you can click 'I agree' or 'I don’t agree' in your account.

If you can’t reach an agreement within 8 days, you may request DHgate mediation by clicking 'Request DHgate Mediation' in your account.

How can I get restriction of my debit card.

Also, majority of prepaid, gift and virtual cards are not able to do an international transaction
