I just go an email stating to complete my payment. As of January 30 2021 $149.99 was taken out of my account.

So I do not understand.

What you all are talking about. Do you have a phone number so I can speak to a live person

Monetary Loss: $150.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Hi Sofia, It shows here that the dispute has been closed and process the refund. The system is still processing the refund so please give it within 2-3 business days to be completed then an additional of 3-5 business days (weekend not included) for the refund to be deposited back to your Visa card, it may take sooner or later depending on your bank's refund process.
