I don't even know where to start, this is such a daunting and boring thing for me....but in short, I had paid the order but with a wrong order number- I left out the last two numeric in the order number and I did make an effort to send the slip and explained my situation and they said that they were going to confirm the order payment and alert me but it's been over 30 days already now....nothing has been confirmed or cleared....I paid this in September and It was supposed to be a birthday gift to my girlfriend but the birthday has passed already, not a single email from DHgate.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.
