I ordered 10 spinners about 15 days ago and the seller actually advertised one day shipping but it actually took a week for them just to ship my order. when they finally shipped it they actually asked for an extension and when I said no they shipped the order the next day.

they ended up shipping my order in two packages I received one of them and when I let them know I only received half my order they told me it was my problem because both packages had been delivered. so I looked up the tracking info and they both were delivered but the seller sent one of the packages to a address in Pittsburgh when I live in florida. ever since I brought this to there attention they have not returned any of my messages. the order # is 338596956.

all I have asked from the seller is to make it right and ship me the rest of my order since they clearly messed up my order. thank you for any help that I may get to receive my package.

Please take a picture of the shipping label on the parcel that you received as well as the screenshot of the tracking result showing it was delivered to a different address and upload these in the dispute page as these will support your claim.
