This seller is a rip off! I ordered my WEDDING DRESS from them.

The item was 2017 Fairy Beach Boho Lace Wedding Dresses. Check out the photos to see what I ordered and what i got. When I opened a dispute, they agreed to refund but haggled with me on shipping costs (what the?) and then when we finally agreed i submitted my dispute. Then i left a review of the store.

One star - with photos, and exactly what happened. they asked me to change my review to 5 stars "because it was so important to them". I refused, and they told me they would no longer be able to refund me. when I questioned them, they changed their mind but said it would take 8 weeks to process my refund if I didnt change the review to positive.

the seller then barraged me with questions such as "do you even realise what this review could do to my store?" and "do you realise you could have me shut down, DO YOU??" Like I care!

They almost ruined my wedding and tried to strongarm me into faking the review. DJHGate customer service was fantastic, despite all my panicking about needing the refund to buy a new dress.

Product or Service Mentioned: Wedding Dress.

Monetary Loss: $230.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I liked: Dhgate customer service team, Website, How easy cust service are to contact.

I didn't like: Seller cinderelladress, Seller bullying me to post fake review, Seller trying to withhold my refund for 2 months, Seller, Getting the wrong product.

In the end, the whole website ended up being as awful as the seller. No replies to emails, and did not help me at all - the protected the *** *** seller.

I got a $25USD refund (worth F all in Australia) and it was placed in an account on the website - NOT MY ACCOUNT. It was too little an amount to actually withdraw so my only option was to use it on the website,

i was promised over and over again they would give me $50USD, then got an email one day (after 4 months) simply saying "you have all you are getting".

tHE SELLERS ARE DISGUSTING LIARS AND I URGE EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIER STORE. do not waste your time or money on the seller or this website.




oh and still asking me to delete my negative review.

Yeah so despite the fact that I have a dispute open, spent $70AUD to send the dress back and submitted my tracking number, receipt etc EVERYthing you asked for... I have not had a single reply for 4 days.

The dress has been delivered and the "analyst" who is "handling the case" is doing absolutely nothing and doesnt reply to my messages. I WANT MY EFFING REFUND so I can buy a new dress.

Your online chat service is fine but they cant actually frigging do anything ecxept tell me the analyst will get back to me - WHICH THEY DONT.

We know we take risks buying from cheap Chinese stores but your entire website and its' sellers are pieces of ***.


I must add that this review is not intended to smear DHGate themselves, they have been wonderful.

Hello good night, so my boyfriend and I having some problems with out orders he order 4 mk bags and the money was taken out of he's credit card then they never email him for confirmation or anything but the money was taken out of he's credit card now they have send him an email saying they have cancel the orders and that he will get back he's money in 10 or 15 days, now I will like to know why was the order cancel and why will it take so long he's money to be back in he's account, also we find no way to contact you use is either some kinda robots that reply to us or it said not reply to message cause it's a auto reply etc, we need answer please
