OMG Chill out you just ordered it calm down I hate when people like you abuse sites like this it defeats the purpose of them! You're being vindictive cause it was late at least they do send orders out so don't try to make them out as a scam they told you open a claim SO WHY ARE YOU HERE?!!

Go make the claim you had no reason to even come here.

At least their phones still work and they're not ignoring you. These sites are for legit gripes GTFOH with your order is late BS you'll get your order and I hope they don't allow you back!

but he never actually received it.

We tracked your order and it shows to be delivered at

RICHMOND,VA-USA on 2018-02-05 16:54. Since you have not received the order, please open a dispute to request for a refund or reshipment.

Here's how you can open a dispute for your order:

1) Click "My DHgate " on the upper right corner of the page.

2) Click “Awaiting Confirm".

3) Find the Order number and click the link "Return&Refund" at the right side of the order. 4) Select the correct reason for dispute, evidences, preferred proposal then click CONTINUE. 5. Once you finalize your proposal, click SUBMIT.

If you are using the APP or mobile version, please find your order under "Shipped". Click on the Order Details and then find "Return & Refund" link.

If the problem is not resolved through direct communication between you and seller, or if you don't get a response from the seller, you may request for DHgate Mediation after 5 days that you have clicked on "Return & Refund" link and then we will assign a person from Resolution Center to take care of your case.
