I heard a lot about dhgate and it was my first order. i ordered 2 products from dhgate and i received 1/2 of them within a week and i was do happy and i started looking for stuff i always wanted to have and started adding it to my wishlist and was about to order 2 more products but i thought of waiting first for the 2/2 i.e my second item on my first order and it was almost past 11-12 days as i was so excited to receive i use to check my tracking every other day and on the day of 14 nov i checked my tracking and it was still showing in transit so i thought of checking next day so status was still same but after that day when i checked it showed as delivered and i tried finding the product every where around my house and even in the post office but on success.

i then wanted for 1 more day but still not received the product. i then contacted the shipping company then said we don't know contact the seller i contacted seller and raised a dispute. I have my money stuck now and the seller is not even ready to give my replacement product.

iIt is such a disappointment and harassment and now i am left with nothing but regret on why i ordered from dhgate. My order number is: 326692****

User's recommendation: dont buy from them they have terrible customer service.

Monetary Loss: $37.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

DHgate Cons: Bad delivery, All.

Hi Lela, We checked on your order and it shows you have mediated the case and tracking shows on our end that it has been delivered last Nov.14. You may check it on this link:****643 If you did not receive the order despite being tagged as delivered, please contact your local post office and get the shipment details from them.

Please ask for a claim code/ lost letter since they marked your package as delivered. Once you have the claim code, please provide it to your analyst.
