So I said to the seller: This dress I have not received so if you can give me a tracking number I can find out what's taking so long.
Michaeltravis tells me to pay more money because USA customs tax is too high for them to ship to me. I was like?? Why would a company sell online, take my moeny for product, shipment, and tax then tell me weeks after the fact that they don't ship to the US! So where the BEEP is my money?

So I closed all of my credit cards, closed all of my accounts and reported both companies. IF YOU BYE ON-LINE...GOOD LUCK GIVING AWAY YOUR MONEY! companies like this make the rest of the good ones look bad and DHgate gets paid for supporting the buyers!

This is a DHgate.com "gotcha"! I hope you paid by credit card, Rose00mary. If you did, you have 90 days from when you ordered to call your credit card fraud investigation department and file a disputed charge claim against DHgate.
Yes I did pay that way, but I was so scared after all this that I paid off all of my credit card and closed all the accounts and reported everything. 2018 and I still don't know what ever happen to that dress.
I did another order from a different site also in China and the lady contacted me by email, and phone and made sure that the dress arrived to me in time. The new dress cost more but at least I knew I paid everything upfront and did not have to worry about a seller asking for more cash. This lady in China now has a customer for life. I've ordered 3-dresses so far and plan to refer her to all the girls I know.
It just comes down to good customer service. Greed is never good and online sellers should be careful because people will start to not put up with it.
