I ordered over 30 ethika 2 pieces a month ago , I received a tracking number and tracked it for a month! So today I get a tracking update that the package has been delivered to an address in portage,MI.....I live in Henderson NV!

I reached out to the seller for a whole month with no response, and DH customer service doesn't even reply, the number they have listed Isn't theirs! I'm Livid and want a refund

Monetary Loss: $258.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

DHgate Pros: I liked how affordable the products are.

DHgate Cons: Does not support the buyer with emails, Sent my order to wrong state, Customer service in emails, Dispute is not handled properly.
