I have two orders to dispute. Order #318583**** was damaged and unuseable.

I asked where i could return it for a refund. The seller said they would give me discount in the future. I do not want to buy from them again- i want a refund of $83.81.

The order was closed before it was even received so i could not dispute it online.

Order#319086**** was listed as a glass replacement for a phone. It is plastic- i cannot use it and am happy to return this one as well for a refund of $17.60

This is my second email to you - no Response

User's recommendation: Run- do not waste your money!

Monetary Loss: $102.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

If they agree on a refund, please ask him to leave a message for you saying 'I agree to refund you *** Once the seller agrees, send us a screenshot then you can contact us again and we will arrange the refund for you. If they donโ€™t agree to refund, we cannot operate for you too. Here's how you can contact the seller: 1) Click "My DHgate " on the upper right corner of the page. 2) Click "My Ordersโ€ at the left side of the page.

3) Find the order number. 4) Click the link โ€œMessage Sellerโ€ at the top of the order details If you are using a mobile phone, please go to your orders and click on the envelope icon to send a message.
