I placed an order and paid for it. I got an email a couple days later saying I needed to pay for my order.
The charge went through. I have my credit card statement to prove I paid. I can't get anyone online, through email, no U.S. phone number to call.
Their live chat is awful. You get stuck in "***" until you get near the next in line and all of a sudden "live chat has ended." I don't know how many times I sat through the majority of their *** only to have the same thing happen every single time.
