When I try and pay for my item it says oops! Your order payment failed!we cannot accept your payment since behavior has broken our platforms rule!

Im not sure what that rule is !! I need help I need to order the dress Im wanting

Preferred solution: Explanation to the behavior rule.

Hello Lorene D Thy, We understand that you want to pay the order using card. May we know if you already sent an email to safetycenter@***.com about this?

If not yet, please send the email to safetycenter@***.com and put CREDITCARD /DEBIT CARD as the subject and attach the photo of the card back and front and show the first 6 and last 4 digits and cover the middle numbers and cover the CVV code as well. And inform them that you want to pay the order using this particular card.

You can also put the order number as the subject. And it will take 5 business days for Safetycenter to check, verify and give the update.
