I ordered 4 robes from seller and only received one. I made this order in November and seller told me to wait for my second shipping to ship out.

I received one robe with the tracking number SF604306****317. I never received the second shipment and I was unable to dispute the order. I have screenshots of me and the sellers conversations if needed for proof. Can you please help me receive a refund or order.

I ordered from the seller before and it he only sent me 2 items out of 3 robes I ordered.

After I disputed he sent out the third and acted like it was delayed. This is the second time I ordered from him and having issues again.

User's recommendation: Don’t do business with this seller zhainshe.
