Order number is 323503****. The order is still awaiting shipment meaning he/she has not sent it yet I contacted the seller and Itโs been over 5 days and I would like a full refund on my order.
I made two other purchases from other sellers on the same day and one item is already here shipped by Epacket and the other one is on itโs way. There should be no reason for my order to still be awaiting shipment.
Monetary Loss: $51.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
DHgate Pros: Great selection and prices, Products and pricing.
DHgate Cons: Time of delivery, Worthless customer service no phone number.
