Ordered $560 worth of atomizers and they quoted me 12-40 days delivery

Its day 60 and DHgate wont do anything and now wont respond to me at all.

Shipper just tells me to wait longer and tracking number is just created not even tracking Facepalm

Same as everyone else Stay away from these scammers

Monetary Loss: $562.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

DHgate Pros: Variety and options.

DHgate Cons: Straight scammers.

It’s funny how I’ve sent multiple emails to you and got no response but you are so quick to comment here. It’s been in mediation for over a month and you as well as the seller Just say to wait.

Tired of the *** excuses the timeframe was 12-40 days and I was told it was shipped originally on 6/25/20 and I didn’t even get a tracking number until 7/19/20 and today is 8/25/20. Please save all the *** for someone else I spent about $20,000 on your site and your customer service is trash. You can try to make it pretty for people to think you are actually doing something but you not. I had to take it up with my bank because of your lack of responses.

Don’t all of a sudden try to come to the defense now because I posted something here. It doesn’t change anything that’s happening in reality so stop I’m just taking my money to Alibaba.com

I’ve emailed 3 times with no response and your website just keeps running me in circles...It’s really easy to solve the case and provide the refund that is now a month overdue after I already waited another month and a half for the item that isn’t doing *** in the mail. Your site is a scam and everyone here is clearly telling you. Save the smoke and mirrors and continue protecting the scammers The people spending the money on your site are obviously at the bottom of the list as far as importance and that’s been proven repeatedly.
