I am so frustrated but found a few customers that were having same issues I want to help them too...I am distressed about this

So pissed do not order from them ever and please share so no one you know doesn't ripped off....So pissed do not order from them ever and please share so no one you know gets ripped off...I think they might be doing this on purpose I found so many complaints on the same kinda of issues as mine....shame on dhgate we are in a pandemic definitely not a time to rip people off..Dhgate has a 1 star rating meaning only 5 % satisfied customers the rest get screwed...millions of complaints do not shop at Dhgate...it is my right as a consumer to voice my opinion about services rendered...main headquarters is in Beijing China this is how they get away with ripping people off all my conversations with Dhgate is here and in the documents below

Please check with your relatives or neighbors to see if they have signed for the parcel on your behalf. Or contact your local post office to inquire about the items. If you still cant find it, please made claim of items not received with your post office, then forward the complaint code and lost report to us. That will help us to proceed with this case efficiently.

Well also contact seller to provide shipping label and check with the carrier as well.

The final arbitration will be made based on the new information from both of you and the seller. If we do not receive a reply from you before Nov 17 8am Beijing time (UTC+8), we will have to mediate based on evidence from seller, which might be disadvantage to you.

I all ready contacted the Canada Post and they did an investigation and it was shipped to a different address in town...Canada Post tried to retrieve the package back but no one will answer the door....Canada Post said the shipping Label had wrong address ...I have ordered 5 items from you and only received one the rest was sent to wrong address..there is something wrong here I might get the ethics society to check out your business practice just seems fishy to me

Hopefully you get this doll I order to the right address and I also sent the seller a message for order 326968**** before they shipped it explaining the difficulty getting my items delivered to right address and I put please mail to 361 Pearl st Thunder Bay Ontario Canada P7B 1E9 now how can they still put the wrong address on the shipping label?....you will see the email I sent them on the DHGate app...so there is no excuse

The information provided here by this online shopper is totally priceless. Companies like Dhgate, aliexpress, and other unscrupulous online shopping companies should be ashamed of themselves for the absolute misery and upset they have caused to genuine customers like the writer of this review and so many others.

These online shopping websites are totally ruthless and devoid of any compassion and all they are interested in, is ripping off the customer and couldn't care less about the customer being scammed and out of pocket. Their callousness and greed is certainly out of this world! No moral scruples whatsoever. We should avoid Dhgate, aliexpress, and other so called unscrupulous online shopping websites at all cost.

At the moment I personally have an ongoing battle with Dhgate, and will be closing my account with them as soon as I get my bank involved to sort this shameless company out!

I feel so bad for this poor lady who through no fault of hers had to experience such a horrendous situation. Something needs to be done urgently about the likes of Dhgate, aliexpress, and some of the other unscrupulous online shopping websites who think that it is alright to keep on scamming good and genuine customers who shop on their websites.
