Seller send a faulty item, try to play time to force a sell. The seller was really not pleasant, hhard to contact and ended up insulting me.
I opened a dispute and waited for customer service to mediate. I contacted customer service, DHgate dealt with the seller. I ended up getting a full refund and even got to keep the knife. So check the seller reviews, to see if the seller if worth your trust, especially when you sending back cost are higher than the produce you are buying.
Prefer the premium sellers and the screaned ones.
This took around 3 weeks but everything ended up fine. I invested the money back with a more reliable seller.
