I ordered a pair of shoes probably around January, and I was sure I put all the correct information in and I ended up never getting the shoes. I never got a confirmation email either and I do not know the order or contract ID.They were adidas ultraboosts.
I would like to either get the shoes or get my money back because I did pay for them and it was billed on the card. So i would like to see if anything could be done about that please and thank you.
