I ordered that chain in the 1st photo,I recieved that little chain in the 2nd photo,and have contacted the seller,and DH Gate numerous times and the seller never responded back and DH Gate keeps sending me these pre-made emails about opening an after sale dispute...which i've done 5 times and have not gotten this issue resolved yet...i really want that chain,but if thats not possible...a full refund,plus some discount coupons...would be sufficient enough compensation

We are sorry to hear about your experience. We checked this order and the transaction was already closed on January 15 and there was no After-sale dispute filed.

To set proper expectations, this issue is no longer under the Scopes of our After-sale Service. Please contact the merchant and reach an agreement for a refund, you may ask the seller to send you a message stating "I agree to give you a refund of $****". Once the merchant sends you this message, please contact us back so that we can operate the refund for you.

If you want to get a replacement, please ask the seller to send you the replacement tracking number so that you will be able to track it from time to time.

For your future reference, please be sure to file a dispute within 7 days since the delivery of the item if you have issues with it so that we can immediately assist you in resolving any issue.
