Really upset with DHgate.Worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

Sent me defective product 2 months ago and after telling me they would send repair part I would need to REPAIR MYSELF I still haven't received the part. Then after many many emails was told they would send me a new product which was never sent. They also said they would send me a BETTER PRODUCT they asked if I would except a totally cheaper product. They have my money and all I have is the broken product they first sent me.

Still unresolved as of this writing. Terrible Terrible company to deal with. WARNING!
