I did 2 orders .. and 1 order never received i try contact to the seller never answer y try do the dispute and i didnt work..

they charge me for something that never received.. LT340752307CN this is the tracking number they sended to the wrong address i dont why

We tracked the order and indeed it was delivered in NEW BRITAIN, CT 06051 which is not your address in North bay village, Florida, USA 33141. For this case, we suggest that you file a dispute so that you can get either a refund or a replacement.

2) Click “My Orders" on the left side of the page.

3) Find the order number.

4) Click the link "Return&Refund" at the right side of the page under the order number. Once the dispute is filed, the seller is given 5 days to resolve the issue. In the event that your dispute reaches 5 days and there is no solution yet, please contact us back so that we can assist you in escalating the case to our Resolution Center. Once proven that the item was not delivered to you, you will get your money back.
