I'm a (i was a) returning customer on dhgate. I never had problems before until a week ago.

They just froze my dhpay account without a reason. They even don't let me know, i found out they froze my account when i tried to pay for 2 orders and dhgate stole my money! This is not normal at all. When i ask customer service why they did it, they don't seem to know.

Now i'm asked to upload a picture of my credit card signature, but i don't even have a credit card. I always paid with a debit card. I don't know why they are doing this to me. I paid for 2 orders with discount only 2 days left.

Now the discount is gone and i need to pay the full price. But i can't since dhgate stole my money without even letting me know what's the problem and how i can solve this.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

DHgate Pros: Pricing, Web site.

DHgate Cons: How long it take to get an issue resolved, Bad payment processor, Bad customer service, Try to steal my money.

Today they asked me again to upload an authorization form of my credit card.

I have no clue what part they don't understand about the fact i don't have a credit card and never paid them with a credit card.

Is this a new way to scam people? Ask them for things they don't have so you can keep my money?

Hi,

i already explained this many times before to the live chat.

The problem is that the security center keeps asking me to fill in a document about credit card authorization.

Strange thing, i never paid with a credit card. I explained this many many times and they keep asking me the same thing.

I don't have a credit card, it's a simple as that. I'm not going to fill in a form that gives you authorization to use my credit card i don't have.

Btw yesterday i received an email, if i don't pay they will cancel my purschase. Are you kidding me? I made the payment like a week ago and you are going to cancel my order because i have to pay again?
