I placed 5 total orders on 5/02 and DhGate canceled my orders for payment verification failed even though it was charged to my credit card.
I contacted a live person on the app via chat and they were giving me the run around, telling me to call the bank even though I explained that I had already called my bank. It has been 5 full days and I have not received my refund yet.
I was charged $287.53 and thats the amount that needs to be refunded back to my card, as all my orders have been canceled and I already contacted each seller.
They confirmed that as well. At this point I just NEED my refund back.
Please do NOT use DHGate they will scam you out or your hard worked money and never resolve your issues. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!
User's recommendation: RETURN CUSTOMERS MONEY! Don’t just put refunded and not return the money.
Monetary Loss: $289.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
DHgate Cons: Dealing with thieves, No refund made, Orders canceled for no reason, Company stole my money.
