I was buying many lots of items and reselling with great success. I was always careful to NOT buy a product that is supposed to be US made.

Still, I made a purchase of over $1000 that was seized by US Customs. The seller name is grandsky. Once it was apparent that US customs seized my package, the seller inserted a different tracking number that had an address about 50 miles from my address of record. Despite the written resolution page of DHgate to reimburse non delivered items, DHgate ignored all of my emails with proof that I lost my money to a crooked seller.

We have written emails, used their *** live chat and called the CS number.

While the CS rep agreed that the policy is to reimburse buyers for non delivered products and agreed that the fake tracking number did not match the original, she told me to try to make a CC chargeback. At this point, I am willing to work undercover with US Customs to shut down the flow of counterfeit goods flowing from DHgate.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $1029.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I liked: Thr first test orders arrived on time.

I didn't like: Seller changing the tracking number, Deceptive practice, Failure to communicate, Dhgate not stepping to help.

On sites liker this, DHgate pretends to want to help.

Before I went to pissed consumer, I tried to get this worked out with DHgate C/S.

They either do not respond, send you to a useless link.

One email saids that they would punish the seller. Dont care.

I want my good or a refund

One char rep told me I min=d as well do a CC chargeback because by now DHgate was not going to help.

DHgate also has C/S on Facebook.

After carefully describing my issue, the FB rep finally blocked me from FB ! Lucky for me I have proof that my goods were not delivered and have given to my CVC company
