I was buying many lots of items and reselling with great success. I was always careful to NOT buy a product that is supposed to be US made.
Still, I made a purchase of over $1000 that was seized by US Customs. The seller name is grandsky. Once it was apparent that US customs seized my package, the seller inserted a different tracking number that had an address about 50 miles from my address of record. Despite the written resolution page of DHgate to reimburse non delivered items, DHgate ignored all of my emails with proof that I lost my money to a crooked seller.
We have written emails, used their *** live chat and called the CS number.
While the CS rep agreed that the policy is to reimburse buyers for non delivered products and agreed that the fake tracking number did not match the original, she told me to try to make a CC chargeback. At this point, I am willing to work undercover with US Customs to shut down the flow of counterfeit goods flowing from DHgate.
