My son ordered stainly cups , they arrived damaged and not even close to how they have them on their website and not the right box he asked to get refunded for the $187 they only gave him $12 they have no phone number to call and they dont at the emails or anything to get the problem solved
This company sucks be careful who you send your credit card information too or else you could end up with no product and an 100$ usd charge.
I received a response through email from DH gate asking for a picture of my credit card with the first 6 digits and the last 4 digits with the CCV code and expiration date blocked. I sent it to them like that but they never responded again to let me know what the status is. So it was no resolution to it.
The company did not respond when I asked for confirmation if SoFi Telegram group is doing tasks for them.
