My son ordered stainly cups , they arrived damaged and not even close to how they have them on their website and not the right box he asked to get refunded for the $187 they only gave him $12 they have no phone number to call and they dont at the emails or anything to get the problem solved

I received a response through email from DH gate asking for a picture of my credit card with the first 6 digits and the last 4 digits with the CCV code and expiration date blocked. I sent it to them like that but they never responded again to let me know what the status is. So it was no resolution to it.

I p I thought it was absolutely terrible they shipped my item to Texas I live in Ohio they couldn't have got it anymore wrong from one end of the United States to the other how can you screw that up but they did and I have tried to get a hold of the seller I've left probably 5 or 10 messages and they never got back with me I've tried to call their customer service they don't get back with me so no I'll never order and I'll tell everybody I know that they are a scam and they take your money and you never hear from them again

I never received my order or money back, the post office said, the three pairs of shoes I ordered was sent back. They were at the post office. I guess they said something with my address so now I’m either trying to just get the shoes or get my money back and someone please help.
