My name is Isabel and im writting to you because I have been a victim of card fraud through your company. According to my bank there is a subscription with my name at DHGate, which is impossible considering I never signed up for anything through you or your site.
The standing subscription in my name needs to be abrupted immediately as this has cost me a lot of money already.
I want a refund on the money that has been taken from my account.
I have talked to my bank and made a police report as well on this fraud that Ive been a victim of.
It is a sad situation and I hope that you find it within your responsibility and policies to do the right thing. To me that would mean to cancel the subscription on my name and refund my money.
Monetary Loss: $64.
Preferred solution: Full refund.

Hi Isabel M, If you did not pay and you were charged, please report it to your bank so that they can do an investigation.
They are doing an investigation. But I saw that you have payed me back my money.
Now I want you to cancel the subsription that is in my name so no more money is taken from me. The police have the information about your company so its importante that you do the right things now.
As I told you its not me that have made this subscription. I dont know how you look at this events in USA but in Sweden we take those things serious.
