I sent the front and the back copy of my credit card to you guys as you requested and still have not heard anything back why my credit card is being denied my bank has said that everything is clear they are no holes on my card the only problem is with you guys not addressing the problem I have been a loyal customer of DHgate for over 10 years now my card has been denied can someone address this ASAP thank you please email me back with a quick response I have been in contact with you guys since January 2021 in regards to this matter and no return from you guys someone in this department needs to contact me I address my concerns to card services at DH gates security systems or something like that someone needs to really get back in contact with me and let me know whats going on

Preferred solution: Security to remove fraud alert .
