DHgate - Bad Service/ No service
Tried to get a refund for the seller at DHGate, but there is no customer service to contact. The button where one would file a claim does not work.
Fishy? Everything I purchased was good until I ordered electronics that stopped working instantly. On top of not being able to read the display, the atomizer started to leak, rendering it completely useless. I also burnt up an attachment.
Tried to contact seller and sent pictures and videos, then the seller stopped communications. I would recommend using a local retailer to purchase electronics and not DHGate for discounts.
The discounts for electronics is not worth the frustration of trying to get in touch with some one for help. No contact number.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $22.
Preferred solution: Full refund.

just received the ugliest watch ..takes a PhD to figure out how to return if I even can return. Customer Service is a joke..Can't believe this co is still in business.
Came from someplace in china, so I guess I deserve what I got.
