On 06/1/2016 I have ordered a wedding dress from DHgate, "beautydesign". It has 99% approval rating. When the dress arrive, the dimensions were not correct, the fabric was very different from the picture and the dress came in an envelope completely wrinkled.

I've complained to DHgate, returned the dress and paid extra $50 for shipment. DH gate dragged their feet and to this day I still don't have my money returned. Moreover, "beautydesign" sent me this e-mail:

"hello dear,

you agree to help us update to 5 stars reviews if you receive our money?right?"

Am I being blackmailed ? Even though, the dress quality, fabric and shipment was wrong and even though I spent a lot of my time to correct the actions, I am still supposed to post 5 stars, otherwise it looks like "beautydesign" is not willing to return the money.

We noticed and you also left a review in Sitejabber about this issue and provided the order number.We have checked your order and a refund for the amount of $148.34 was completed on our end on 2016-09-21 15:40 and it was sent to the same account you used to pay for the order. It will normally reflect in your account within 10-15 working days however it can take sooner depending on the refund process of your bank.

The reason why it took long for the refund to be processed was because your dispute was released since you have missed to upload the return tracking number in the dispute page within 7 days since you have reached an agreement with your seller. Please take note that once a transaction is closed, we need the confirmation of the merchant in order for us to process the refund. For the seller's request to change your review to 5 stars, that is purely optional.

If you do not want to leave the review that you left for this purchase, you can do that.
