Dear DHgate, I wanna ask my order: PO#341386442 Here are the details about my order: 1. 30 Aug 2017: Order "DOS EQUIS MOD".
2. 30 Aug 2017 (15:32 p.m): My payment has been confirmed. 3. 01 September 2017 (08:06 a.m): I got my first tracking number #RD227959081CN in DHgate system.
4. 01 September 2017 (17:31 p.m): The seller deleted the first tracking number and replace with the new tracking number #AA343583148YN. The new tracking number not listed in DHgate system. How could it be?
Is it fake information? 5. Until 13 October 2017 i haven't received my order yet. Because this is my second unpleasant experience with DHgate, and i have already waited for 1.5 months.
Can I cancel the order and get my refund?
