DHgate - ASK TO CANCEL ORDER & GET A REFUND
Dear DHgate, I wanna ask my order: PO#34138**** Here are the details about my order: 1. 30 Aug 2017: Order "DOS EQUIS MOD".
2. 30 Aug 2017 (15:32 p.m): My payment has been confirmed. 3. 01 September 2017 (08:06 a.m): I got my first tracking number #RD22795****CN in DHgate system.
4. 01 September 2017 (17:31 p.m): The seller deleted the first tracking number and replace with the new tracking number #AA34358****YN. The new tracking number not listed in DHgate system. How could it be?
Is it fake information? 5. Until 13 October 2017 i haven't received my order yet. Because this is my second unpleasant experience with DHgate, and i have already waited for 1.5 months.
Can I cancel the order and get my refund?

We checked that you have already opened a dispute. At the moment, there are no agreements reached yet from the proposal you have submitted.
If the problem is not resolved through direct communication between you and seller, or if you don't get a response from the seller, you may request for DHgate Mediation after 5 days that you have clicked on "Return & Refund" link and then we will assign a person from Resolution Center to take care of your case.
1) Login to your DHgate Account.
2) Find the order number in "Dispute Orders"
