A purchase that I made back in November, I did not receive any updates nor text messages on the order since early December of 2020. I tried to contact the store plenty of times to no Avail. Then I saw that the store was under some type of construction and communication would be further delayed. In closing, after requesting a full refund, the next day I received information that my item is finally a shipping to the US

Once I figured out the proper dispute process on an already completed order dhgate did refund me for this order that I had not received. Their process was actually fairly easy and it was resolved fairly quickly after I completed the proper dispute process. Only drawback was the process could not be done on the app it had to be done on an actual computer.

I wanted to buy a cell phone case, so I hit "buy now" and for some strange reason everything in my shopping cart was bought along with it. The phone case was never in my cart. People that I've told this story to tell me "you can't trust the Chinese"! I'm starting to believe it. I've talked to other people who got ripped off on DHGate. This is my first time. Other refunds in the past were returned with no problems. I don't know what's going on. And I don't have any advice to give to someone in my position.

With DHgate dispute process, we are giving the seller maximum of 5 days to respond to the dispute. If you and the seller will not reach an agreement on the given timeframe, then we will move on to the next step in requesting for DHgate Mediation so that an analyst can step in and resolve the case the soonest time possible.

I had received an email from the safety Dept at Dhgate stating that my verification had been approved. This is after experiencing constant problems trying to purchase the items because it would tell me my cards were declined even before finishing entering the number.

I went ahead and tried to reorder what they had cancelled while verifying me again and once again my card was put in risk verification making the seller angry enough that he's made sure I don't buy from him again and trying to get someone to help you is literally impossible. All i know is that I'm the one who looked bad to these sellers and that's not right. They allowed one transaction to go thru then the next one they put you on risk verification. For a reseller like me this has caused huge problems for no valid reason.

They basically will allow payment to go thru with one merchant and not another attached is 2 transaction on same day. One was approved and the other failed which is what keeps happening.

Hi Phebe, Your payment did not pass through the verification process so the order was canceled and refunded. Usually, your refund will be completed by your bank within 7-15 working days.

Please contact your card issuing bank to check in their reversal system whether there is a refund record from China in USD. If not, please request your card issuing bank to contact (VISA/AMEX/MASTERCARD/APPLEPAY/DISCOVER) to check the record.

Sorry I thought I could download a copy of the screenshot from safety Dept. stating I passed verification and to go ahead with my purchases.

So you're wrong on that. Yea I got a refund, that's not the issue. If you read carefully it says Im verified and approved but still get my card declined.

And no,,, its not my bank because Ive already made several purchases on Dhgate in these 2 weeks alone. My bank wont block any transaction from merchants that I already purchased with.
