I bought 2 bridesmaid dresses, the padding was AWFUL, it was sewn in and in the box it looked like 2 huge *** sitting up. Poorly sewn too.

Blind freddy can see its ***, she kept saying its the style...dont think so.

They said it was to my measurements and not their fault.

Now in dispute but prob no point.

Terrible service after they have your money, don't reply to message but will in chat (because they don't know its you) and then suddenly disappear saying they have a meeting haha. Lost $200

purchased a5000 cell 5 months ago had to send it back 2 times as it did not work at all still waiting for a refund or new phone, these people are crooks,theves liers will do anything to sellk shenzhen product. carl from vancouver,yang xiao feng is the seller who sold me this piece of ***, i am now boycoyying dhgates around the world,do not buy anything from this dhgates company, as they do not give refunds, cvustomer service is o,this is the worst of all the china based cell phone sellers, do not be a victim of dhgates.

JOKE is on you! Dhgate is a joke! I bought a dress and they made the dress the wrong size by 6 inches. My daughter tried on the dress ( after giving measurements) and within 10 minutes I emailed them to inform the dress was made wrong. Well 4 Months later I still can not get my money back and their. Guarantee is a joke. Dhgate ignores consumer until they finally tell you that they released money to dress maker. I sent at least 70 emails and have finally figured out the JOKE is on me! I will never buy from them again and I recommend that buyer be ware as you will never get a response from this company and then they will tell you after months that they released the money to seller because you did not follow rules for a return. What a JOKE!

I can totally relate to this posted. I bought a dress for a wedding ($90) and not only was the dress inches bigger then my measurements but the color was wrong.

I did get DHgate to get involved since the buyer told me I could either keep the dress and take a $20 refund or send them $50 more to remake the dress. DHgate asked for pictures, I sent pictures of me with a measuring tape (confirming I ordered the correct sizing), pictures of the dress FALLING off of me, pictures of the dress being measured, and a screen shot of the offering page to show what color I ordered vs what I received In the end DHgate tells me to take a %50 refund, or send the dress back at my own cost and with warnings that this is not recommended due to the high likelihood that the dress would either get stuck in customs or get damaged or dirty in which case I don't get my refund.

So basically they had no intention of returning more then half my money. Never again.

the memory stick was FAKE with 2Gb;

I send the item back agreed for reimbursement;

never received money; Dhgate protected the cheater instead of me in the dispute

DHGATE IS A SCAM DONT USE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MONEY STOLEN!

We purchased some car diagnostic tools from www.dhgate.com and were unhappy when we found out they could not be resold legally in the US. The whole thing was a fiasco and dhgate still released our money to the company we were dealing with even after we placed a complaint. What it comes down to is China cares about China and will rip off any American knowing they pretty much can't do anything legally about it. I really thought DHGate would atleast help us get the money back but no reply. I will make sure everyone knows dhgate is a scam by the time I am done. The company told us to send back the cables and we did but they now have the cables and our money and its been months. NEVER USE DHGATE! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT YOU PERIOD!

This scam seller \"rtexport\", after I revised the feedback on him, he did not keep promise to send me parts, he even ignored all my messages to him. Though I complaint to DHgate.com again, but seems DHgate don\'t want to do anything against their seller, but keep them there to continue scam buyers.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHAMELESS LIAR SELLER \"rtexport\", he\'s not only scam buyers in DHgate, but also in other websites. Never buy from \"rtexport\".

I learn a lesson: I've bought two suppose [B]brand new faucets from a seller "rtexport" in DHgate.[/B] But "rtexport" [B]sent me two Used/Damaged faucets [/B]with wrong size connectors. I complaint to DHgate immediately. Seller pretended agreed to send me replacement parts, and DHhagte, without my consent, released all my money to this seller "rtexport". After four months negotiation with no solution, I put a Negative feedback on this seller "rtexport". "rtexport" then contacted me saying if I revised my feedback to Positive, he'll send me all the replacement parts. So I did so. But this "rtexport" never send me anything since then. I sent him lots of messages to request for those parts, he ignored me and send me nothing after I revised feedback to positive. Now I have two Used/Damaged/Wrong faucets on hand cannot use. [B]This "rtexport" is a shameless liar. [/B]He also uses the same name "rtexport" in "AliExpress Online Wholesale" site to scam buyers. Be aware NOT TO BUY from this seller "rtexport" to avoid losing money. Also DHgate only work with his sellers to scam buyers. Spread this message out to protect potential customers. DO NOT BUY FROM "RTEXPORT", DO NOT BUY FROM DHGATE.

Dhgate review in Madison, Wisconsin: DH Gate rip off

I recently bought a Android tablet from DH Gate and guess what... didn't do 1/2 of what its supposed to. The SD card slot did not work, power switch did not work and more and more problems. Should of bought the IPOD from Apple right away. Thought I was getting a bargain. The customer service sucks because you get nothing but run around. They tell me to make you tube video and I do, send it to them and they say nothing in return. They know they sell *** and when they get cornered they hide like the cowards they are. You can be happy you eventually got something, i ordered a sellphone in september,the site indicated that it could take 20-29 days, i'm waiting almost 4 months !!!!!! if i dispute and ask my money back he simply declines everything, he was going to contact the post office and let me know where the pakkage is. wel it has been 2 weeks and still no response.
