Fraud shipping By DHgate, bogus UPS tracking numbers, No refund Must distute

Ordered a $200 Item 2 weeks ago. They processed my payment and 1 day after I ordered said my item shipped 3 days later. I checked the Tracking number an it did not exist. the site stated it may take up to 7 days for the tracking number to valid. In the mean time I received a message for the Seller on my DHgate account stating the item was out of stock and I need to cancel the order. The DHGate system will not let you cancel an order if their system shows it has shipped. After 2hrs waiting for a chat with a DHgate representative, I was told they cannot correct the error showing the Item had shipped and I have to go thru a dispute process with the seller. When I tried to question the customer service rep, I was disconnected for non response before I could even type one line of text!

If you cannot reach an agreement with the seller after 5 days, you can request for DHgate mediation so our Resolution Center can assign an analyst to help you resolve the case. 1.Log in to your DHgate account 2.Click “My Dhgate” link found at the upper right side of the home page 3.Click “My Orders” 4.Find the order under “Dispute Orders” tab 5.Once you find the order, click “View Dispute Detail” or “Pending Seller’s Agreement” link 6.Please click “Escalate Dispute” button or “Request DHgate Mediation” to proceed.

Terrible customer service

I have waited twice (a whole hour) to talk to them because they decided to end the chat before solving my problem. Then they asked me to literally send pictures of both sides of my credit card via email, or I am not allowed to order from them. I've never seen a worse customer service in my life

Need to change shipping address

Can not get a number to speak with someone about changing my shipping address, the apartment number is incorrect have messaged sellers but they are unread completed an order yesterday and if o can not get this resolved $300 of Merch will be delivered to the incorrect address please help or cancel my order

No. I have not received any communication with DHGate. Thank you for taking the time to contact them. I had a hard time because DHGate customer service uses Square Trade to talk to with their number on their website and they were not able to help. Is there a way to talk to DHGate? Any help will be muchly appreciated.

Fraudulent purchase need a refund

Order number 323021**** . .

The seller marked the package as shipped. But he never sent me the item. He purposely sent a different package (2 pounds, not a guitar). He sent a fake package addressed to someone else but in my city.

He marked it as shipped but he never sent a guitar. And he never used the address I provided.
