I do hereby write this message to you regarding my item that I purchased from you. The latest shipping information has been stating that the item is waiting for delivery confirmation. The estimated delivery date has already passed which was 09/07/2020 please I need your assistance. On your application, customer service where I can chat with an agent does not even exist. My order number is 321226**** and my tracking number is LZ15422****CN. The posting agent is ePacket. Please deliver my item or give me my full refund if you can't deliver my order.

These services are a jock swear down never buy from DHgate at all. It's been more than 20 days ever since I've been using the DHgate application.

Customer service where you can chat with an agent doesn't even exist. On the customer service it states that they are available 24h*7 but on the escalated customer service page it will always say "Sorry, the network is busy, please go back to the previous page and try again." My latest shipping information has been stating that "pending delivery comfermation for the past 11 days from 02/07/2020 and the estimated delivery date which was 09/07/2020 has already passed by 4 days. If you can't deliver my product that I ordered then please give back my refund ASAP and I can forget that I ever joined DHgate. Order number: 321226**** and order tracking number: LZ15422****CN.

I'm really losing patience and my trust. I don't even know if I can even reach an agreement with the seller because FOR THE PAST 15-20 DAYS THE SELLER NEVER REPLIED AT ALL.

Hi Tanaka, You are already on the right track in getting this resolved. You and the seller will be given until 2020-07-22 17:08:53 to reach an agreement. If until the given time frame and no agreement is reached, you can then request for DHgate mediation so we can assign a dispute analyst that will handle the case for you.

Horrible Experience

Where do I start, it started with 15+ packages going to different address and when I tried to contact the sellers they were no existent so I reached out to dhgate to set up a few disputes. I pointed out the things I noticed i.e. the shipping dates change, the seller closes the store,and the item is shown as not existing, the processing and preparing date is later than the shipment date. All of these things rang suspicious behavior. I also noticed any of the items I order 80% off were accompanied with sellers who do not reply and have sent my orders to "the wrong address".There is very clear evidence that my items were mishandled if there were even an item to begin with. Dhgate provided me with a date to receive my refund and on that date refuse to issue the refund telling me to give the seller more time to respond to the dispute. DI just want my money back this site seems to scam first time users and does nothing to resolve the matter other than reciting things on the website that clearly don't fit the matter at hand. The items will not appear at my home and the proof that it arrived somewhere else is clear so what is the issue other than it being a big scam

If they agree on a refund, please ask him to leave a message for you saying 'I agree to refund you *** Once the seller agrees, send us a screenshot then you can contact us again and we will arrange the refund for you.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Company issued full refund after many complaints, took about 3 months . Probably won’t order anything from them anymore..

I heard from dhgates 1 time telling me my purchase has been shipped out that I have not yet received,they are supposed to keep me abreast about what is going on with my order for as to what status is my package in now,ok they told me it's been shipped,if it's been shipped out what status is it in all other companies keep the customer abreast on what's going on with a package?
